About MCL Structural
MCL Structural is a London contractor working below ground and on the structure, with three sides to the business: structural works, labour hire and plant hire.

The business
The structural side of MCL Structural carries out tunnelling and timber headings, reinforced concrete frames, basements, underpinning, groundworks and deep drainage, together with site enabling, sewer and storm connections, and hoarding works.
The labour hire side supplies the trades that this work depends on: miners, groundworkers, plant operators, steel fixers, shuttering carpenters, concrete finishers, pipe layers, welders and engineers.
The plant hire side supplies excavators from 1 to 8 tonne, tracked and wheeled dumpers from 500kg to 9,000kg, compressors, mining equipment, conveyor belts and ground shoring systems and designs, with small plant and a wide range of tools, all 110V and PAT tested.
Because the trades and the plant sit within the same business, we can carry out the works ourselves, supply labour to another contractor, or put plant on site.
